Reservations
We recommend making Spa Treatment appointments 1-5 days in advance to ensure the desired time. Also, walk ins are welcome.

Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your service, we may have to reduce the treatment time in order to finish on time for the next guest

Additional Information
Spa use is for adults only. Guests under age 18 will not be permitted without an adult. Cellular phone use is discouraged in the Spa. Prices are subject to change without notice. No cash refunds. All sales are final.

Cancellation Policy
Our clients have busy lives. Our cancellation policy has been launched to complement your fast paced, ever-changing lifestyle. We still ask that you guarantee your appointment against late cancellation by using a major credit card. A full 24 hours notice is still required for cancellation or rescheduling. Whether it's a childcare conflict, a spontaneous weekend away, a boss that wants you to work late, or the flu bug, this policy allows us to provide compensation to our wonderful providers who have reserved this time just for you. Failure to cancel an appointment or not showing up will result in a 100% charge to your account or gift certificate.

Group Events
For parties of 5 or more there is a 20% Group Event fee, which includes an 18% staff gratuity. Proper coordination of your group reservation requires additional time on the part of our staff to ensure that your visit to the spa is a success.

You may have your favorite spa products delivered to you by calling our front desk at 619-624-0506

Spa Shop
Visit our Spa Shop located in the front of the spa. There you'll find a variety of Tibetan and East Indian spa products, including face and body care, massage oils, aromatherepy items, plus bath and shower accessories.

Our Thank You
